Once you take my rug, how long will it be before you return it?

We work very hard to ensure that your rugs will be returned to you as quickly as possible. Generally, we aim for about a one-week turn-around time. Occasionally, circumstances may exist where we will need to keep your rugs longer, like in the case of extreme pet urine damage requiring multiple decontamination treatments or if your rugs are being repaired in some way, but we will discuss that with you prior to us beginning any work on your rugs.
